Top Ten Tuesday

Top Ten Tuesday is an original feature/weekly meme created here at The Broke and the Bookish. This meme was created because we are particularly fond of lists here at The Broke and the Bookish. We'd love to share our lists with other bookish folks and would LOVE to see your top ten lists here !

Each week we will post a new Top Ten list complete with one of our bloggers’ answers. Everyone is welcome to join. All we ask is that you link back to The Broke and the Bookish on your own Top Ten Tuesday post AND post a comment on our post with a link to your Top Ten Tuesday post to share with us and all those who are participating. If you don't have a blog, just post your answers as a comment. If you can't come up with ten, don't worry about it---post as many as you can!

Okay bookies I'll level with you  to put it bluntly I'm sick. I won't traumatize your senses with the gorey details. Except to say its my hubby's fault, he got sick, and his super bug got to me. I've been sneezing all over the house  I feel like crap. To that end I haven't got past the first chapter of Defiance. I know, I know  but never fear  I couldn't leave you post-less. So I decided to give you  my top ten books I love. Sorry I couldn't think of ten mean girls for this week's Top Ten list, my brain's turned to jelly.

Top Ten Books I Have Read And Loved

    1.     The Lovely Bones by Alice Sebold- Even though the subject was morbid Sebold writing   elevated it to another level. She turned into a beautiful story.

    2.   Girl with the Pearl Earring  by Tracey Chevalier

    3.   Harry Potter  series  by J.K Rowling - wouldn't be a list without him

    4.   Jealousy by Lili St Crow- Dru realizes how she feels about Graves.

    5.   Sunshine  by Robin McKinley - because it  was really different .

    6.  Once Dead Twice Shy  by Kim Harrison

    7.   The Mockingbirds  by Daisy Whitney

    8.   Acheron  by Sherilyn Kenyon

    9.   City of Bones  by Cassandra Clare

  10.   The Ghost and The Goth by Stacey Kade (see review here)
